Fabian's Restaurant has added one more element to its already artistically pleasing palate that will further complement one of the finest dining experiences in the region. In November 2008, Fabian's hosted an opening reception for its first exhibit of local art. The restaurant's owner, Bill Smith (successor to Fabian Botta) was excited to integrate this new element to the already superb blend of delectable food, the finest of wines and most intimate atmosphere in the Southeast. The first exhibit featured local artist and long-time friend of Fabian's, Robert Ruckman.
